Rob was always an interesting child, fostering strange habits and obsessive-compulsive behaviors during his formative years in his hometown of Niagara Falls, NY. Growing up, he believed strongly in magick, psychic phenomena, and the paranormal. It wasn't until his mother took him to visit and attend lectures at the spiritualist community in Lily Dale, NY that he began to consider what the human mind was capable of.

Instead of becoming sold on psychic phenomena, he became cautiously skeptical of those who claimed to achieve such results and analyzed how they could be achieved without psychic powers.
